A tank kit includes a steel tank with a fully welded watertight liner, anchor brackets, tools, a repair kit, and full assembly instructions. Any firm, flat, debris-free ground, concrete base, or ring beam can be used to build our corrugated steel water tanks. Alternatively, our engineering department can provide a supply and installation service.

More About Our Rubber Tank Liners

Our skilled technicians manufacture the watertight rubber liners in our Billericay factory, fully vulcanising all seams (heat welded).  As a result, the liners are much stronger than taped or glued liners and have a greater expected lifetime.

Landflex 1.00mm EPDM rubber tank liner has a 10 year guarantee. Our EPDM liners have an expected working lifetime of 20+ years. EPDM rubber is a great budget priced choice for an easy to install flexible and strong watertight tank lining.

Landflex 1.00mm Butyl rubber tank liner has a 15 year guarantee. Our Butyl liners have an expected working lifetime of 30+ years. Butyl rubber liners are overall the very best choice in terms of value for money, durability and strength.

We test our Butyl rubber and EPDM rubber lining materials for suitability under British Standards, European Norm or International Standards Organisation guidelines. You can find the typical test values and chemical resistances of both materials in our data sheets in the resources tab.

 

Approval Clarification

WRC/WRAS approved linings suitable for drinking water application are available upon request.
